In the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division goals from Kieran McEnery (4), Luke Green (2), Jack Richardson, Alex Honour and Joe Moxom gave Falcons FC a 9-1 win away at Sutton Bonington, Matt Pope hitting the Sutton reply.  Sporting Markfield won 6-2 away at Mountsorrel Amateurs, Levi Knight (2), Ezra Knight, Niall Smith, Owen McIlroy and Connor McGahan for Markfield, Josh King and Sam Squire for Mountsorrel. 

Shelthorpe Dynamo moved to the top of the shedland.co.uk Division One with a 3-1 win at home against Greenhill YC Reserves Ryan Page (2) and Jamie Pestell for Shelthorpe, Joe Arnold for Greenhill while leaders Kegworth Imperial dropped to points I a 1-1 draw at home with bottom side Loughborough United, Ewan North for Kegworth, Luke Greet for Loughborough.  Andy Hobson missed the chance to complete his hat trick and take the points for Shepshed when he missed a penalty in their 2-2 draw with FC Polonia, Hubert Puzio and Pawel Chalubinski for Polonia. 

In the Sports Advocate Division Two Sileby Victoria lost 3-2 away at Thringstone MW Reserves, Dale Wight with a hat trick for the Miners Reserves, Jake Rimington and Liam Winnett for Sileby.  Woodhouse Imperial beat Clawson Kings 6-3, Sam Bird (2), Noel Beniston Reece Bell, Joel Edkins and Craig Tebbs for woodhouse, Ryan Carley, Jamie Kightley and Darren Lightbrown for Clawson.  Loughborough Emmanuel beat Loughborough United Reserves 6-0, Rich Cowlishaw (4), Ashley Heffer and Matt Harris with the Emmanuel goals. 

Windmill Trophies Division Three leaders Wymeswold FC Reserves beat Castle Donington Reserves 7-0, Jake McEnery (2), Curtis Mildenhall (2), Luke Howitt, Louis Starkey and Harry McEnery with the goals.  A brace from Charlie Richards gave second placed Asfordby Development a 2-0 win at Greenhill YC ‘A’.  Measham Welfare Reserves beat Loughborough FC ‘A’ 5-2, Lewis Smith (3), Corrie Caswell and Dan Sherratt for Measham, Shaun Findley hitting both the luffs goals.

Greenhill YC FC booked themselves a place in this years Automedia Printers Cobbin Trophy with a 6-3 win aet against Cossington Saints coming back from being 3-1 down with goals from Jamain Nelson (2), Ryan Mason, Lewis Mead, Karl Harratt and Billy Snaith with the Greenhill goals, Danny Pownall (2) and Steve Marshall for Cossington. 

In the second Bonser Trophy semi-final Wymeswold FC Reserves will now meet Asfordby Development FC on Wednesday 25th April after beating Greenhill YC ‘A’ 5-0, Joe Loseby hitting a hat trick with further goals from Alex Symon-Allen and Matt Garner.

In the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division Wymeswold FC moved level on points with second placed Greenhill YC with a 4-2 win at home against Thringstone MW, Sam Allen (2), Jack Hesketh and Dean Copson for Wymeswold, Danny Turner and Damo Lawrence for the Miners.  Falcons FC beat Sutton Bonington Academicals 5-1, Alex Honour (2), Jack Richardson (2) and Luke Green with the Falcons goals, Zac Jackson for the Accies. 

Shelthorpe Dynamo closed the gap to two points with two games in hand on shedland.co.uk Division One leaders Kegworth Imperial with a 3-2 win away at Loughborough United, Sean Warrilow (2) and Daniel Clement for Shelthorpe, Leon Pennant and Stan Wallis for Loughborough.  Greenhill YC Reserves beat neighbours FC Coalville 5-2, Gage Braban (3), Ryan Thornley and Rich McLoughlin for Greenhill, Jamie Kendrick and Josh Summerfield for Coalville.  Measham Imperial won 2-1 away at Belton Villa, Reece Daniel and Michael Edwards for the Welfare, John Walker for Belton. 

In the Sports Advocate Division Two Clawson Kings title hopes took a dent as they were beaten 5-0 away at Loughborough Emmanuel. Sam Durham (2), Ashley Heffer, Rich Cowlishaw and Tom Goddard with the Emmanuel goals.

In the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division Greenhill YC dropped three points going down 3-1 at home to Thringstone MW, Damo Lawrence, Dale Wight and Ian Jardine for the Miners, Karl Harratt for Greenhill.  Falcons FC won 3-2 away at Mountsorrel Amateurs, Alex Honour with a brace and Jack Richardson adding the third for the Falcons, Sam Squire and Josh King for the Ammies.

The top two met in the shedland.co.uk Division One and it was Shelthorpe Dynamo who came out on top to close the gap to five points with a 5-1 win over leaders Kegworth imperial, Sean Warrilow (3), Daniel Clements and Daniel Webb for Shelthorpe, Niall Harrison for Kegworth.

In the Sports Advocate Division Two Clawson Kings beat Market Bosworth 3-1, Darren Lightbrown, Jamie Kightley and Chris Buck for Clawson, Matthew Levens for Bosworth.

In the Inter-League Cup Group, A East Leake lost 1-0 at home to North Kilworth and Sporting Markfield drew 1-1 away at Fleckney Athletic, Curtis Boddy with the Markfield goal.

 In Group B Glen Villa beat Bottesford FC 2-1, Ross Bland for Bottesford, while FC Coalville lost 5-1 away at Queniborough FC, an own goal the Coalville reply.

In Group C Woodhouse Imperial beat Studs FC 7-2, Craig Tebbs (3), Lennon Stephenson, Danny Prime, Noel Beniston and Nathan Loveridge with the Woodhouse goals.  East Leake Robins lost 3-1 at North Kilworth Reserves, Mason Ball scoring for the Robins.

In Group D Quorn Rangers lost 8-1 away at AFC Andrews, Lewis Smart for Quorn.  Birstall Old Boys lost 3-0 at home to St. Patricks Reserves and Wymeswold FC Reserves drew 1-1 away at Leicester Three Lions Reserves, Luke Howitt with the Wymeswold goal.  Loughborough FC ‘A’ lost 3-1 at home to North Kilworth Victoria, Jamie Smith with the Luffs reply.

Greenhill YC closed the gap on East Leake at the top of the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division to one point and three games in hand with a 6-1 win away at Mountsorrel Amateurs, Ryan Mason (3), Karl Harratt, Danny Morris and Tyler Dunlop for Greenhill, Sam Squire for the Ammies.  Goals from Linford Harris (2), Joe Brett, Dean Copson and Sam Kee gave Wymeswold FC a 5-0 win at home against Rothley Imperial.  Falcons FC hit six without reply at home to Thringstone MW, Alex Honour (3), Joe Moxom (2) and Jack Richardson with the Falcons goals.

The only game in the shedland.co.uk Division One was abandoned at half time with Shelthorpe Dynamo leading 4-0 at Belton Villa due to a bad injury to a Belton player, the league committee wishes him a speedy recovery. 

Sileby Victoria moved within one point of East Leake Robins with two games in had at the top of the Sports Advocate Division Two with a 10-1 win at home to Shepborough United, Jake Remington (4), Alan Chater (2), Dan Wright, Luke Mackay, Adam Wakelin and Remi white with the Sileby goals, Callum Elston for Shepborough.  Clawson Kings beat Thringstone MW Reserves 2-1, Ant Bowdery and Danny Ross with the Clawson goals, Lee Chiswell for the Miners Reserves.

In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Greenhill YC ‘A’ won 3-2 away at Measham Welfare Reserves, Nathan Ferrie, Danny French and Ashley Neeson for Greenhill, Dan Sherratt hitting both the Measham goals.  Woodhouse Imperial Reserves won 3-1 at home to Bottesford FC Reserves, Jon Dixon (2) and Stu Brookes for Woodhouse, Simon Cripps for Bottesford.

In the Inter-League Cup Group, A East Leake won 1-0 away at Huncote FC, Jake Richardson with the only goal of the game.  Sporting Markfield beat Kibworth Town 6-3, Niall Smith (3), Connor Sanders, Kieran Harding and Chris Brown on target for Markfield.  Cossington Saints lost 4-0 at Fleckney Athletic and Sutton Bonington Academicals lost 11-2 away at North Kilworth, Zac Jackson and Jake Poplawski with the Accies goals.

In Group B Loughborough United won 3-0 against Ashby Road, Leon Pennant (2) and Chris Biddles with the Loughborough goals.  Bottesford FC lost 2-0 at home to Queniborough FC, while FC Coalville lost 5-2 at home to Glen Villa, James Barkby and Jack Follows for Coalville.  Shepshed Amateurs lost 6-2 away at Whetstone Athletic, Chris Flitton and Tom Cartwright with the Amateurs goals

In Group C East Leake Robins beat Huncote Reserves 3-1, Joe Trimble, Joe Byrne and Jamie Whitlock with the Robins goals.  Market Bosworth beat Studs FC 5-3, James Hurst (3) and Daniel Morris (2) for Bosworth.  Loughborough Emmanuel lost 10-1 at home to North Kilworth Reserves, Michael Odium with the Emmanuel consolation.

Only four games survived the wet weather this weekend and all games that did were moved to 3G or 4G pitches.  In the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division Falcons FC won 3-0 away at Cossington Saints, Joe Moxom (2) and Jack Richardson with the Falcons goals.

Shepshed Amateurs gave up home advantage to get this game on by switching the game to FC Coalville’s 3G pitch in the shedland.co.uk Division One and won 5-1 with goals from Tom Cartwright, Tyler Day, Andy Hobson, Andy Greenhalgh and Chris Flitton, James Barkby replying for FC Coalville.

It was top versus second in the Sports Advocate Division Two which was played at Wreake Valley on the 4G and it was Leaders East Leake Robins coming away with the points in a 4-1 against Market Bosworth, Nathan Ball (2), Ryan Berry and Ash Way for the Robins who opened a four-point lead at the top of the table, Daniel Morris replying for Market Bosworth.

The bottom two met in the Windmill Trophies Division Three and it was Woodhouse Imperial Reserves that took the points with a 3-2 win with goals from Paul Raybould, Jon Dixon and Danny Williams but remain bottom, Harry Thorne and Jason Peden for  Mountsorrel FC.

A goal each from Jamie Kightley and Chris Buck gave Clawson Kings a 2-0 win away at Shepborough United.

The first of the two Bonser Trophy semi finals saw Shepshed Amateurs Reserves take on Asfordby Development.  Shepshed Amateurs took the lead through Tom Cartwright to take them in to the interval with a 1-0 lead.  Asfordby equalised in the second half through Jamie Felstead and in extra time with just minutes remaining Lewis Sharp hit the winner to take Asfordby through to the final where they will play Wymeswold FC Reserves or Greenhill YC ‘A’.

Saturday Intermediate County Cup Final Tuesday 20th March 2018
Wymeswold FC travelled to Holmes Park to play North Kilworth in the Intermediate Trophy County Cup Final on Tuesday night and found themselves 1-0 down within the opening minute and went further behind before pulling two goals back to go in to the interval all level at 2-2.  North Kilworth regained the lead just after half time and then Wymeswold equalised to take it in to extra time in the ninety-second minute.  In extra time Wymeswold went 5-3 up before North Kilworth pulled one back to make it 5-4, then Wymeswold completed the scoring to make it 6-4.  The Wymeswold scorers were Linford Harris (2), Tom Hulett, Jack Hesketh, Sam Kee and Sam Allen.

shedland.co.uk Division One leaders Kegworth Imperial beat Measham Welfare 2-1, Conor Bennett and Leo Ricci for Kegworth, Corrie Caswell for the Welfare.  Bottesford FC moved up to second with a 1-0 win at home against FC Coalville, Tom Power hitting the only goal of the game.  Shepshed Amateurs won 2-1 away at Mountsorrel Amateurs Reserves, Ifeanyi Umeh hitting both the Shepshed goals on his debut, Ollie Freckingham for Mountsorrel.  Greenhill YC Reserves won 3-2 away at FC Polonia, Jake McLoughlin, Rich McLoughlin and Lewis Mead for Greenhill, Dariusz Jedrycha and Lukasz Hinz for Polonia.

Sileby Victoria moved to the top of the Sports Advocate Division Two after a 3-1 win at home against Loughborough Emmanuel, Jake Rimington, Jay Medcroft and Ben Bassett for Sileby, Rich Cowlishaw for Emmanuel.  East Leake Robins won 7-3 away at Shepborough United, Joe Trimble hitting the net five time with one each from Danny Yau and Phil Lynch making up the seven for the Robins, Callum Elston (2) and Andy Moxom for Shepborough.  Woodhouse Imperial won 5-1 away at Thringstone MW Reserves, Craig Tebbs (3), Danny prime and Jason Ford for Woodhouse, Ashley Graham for Thringstone.  Shepshed Amateurs Reserves won 4-3 away at Ravenstone United, Duane Earp (3) and Andy Hobson for Shepshed, Ashley Henshall, Dan Pink and Islam Monirul for Ravo.

FC Coalville moved up to second in the shedland.co.uk Division One with a 3-1 win at home to Mountsorrel Amateurs Reserves, James Barkby (2) and Carl Liddington for Coalville, Josh King for Mountsorrel.  Goals from Lewis Mead (2), Jimmy Bevins, Jordan ward, Nathan Ferrie and Ricky Bass gave Greenhill YC Reserves a 6-1 win against Shepshed Amateurs, Goalkeeper Adam Bailliss scoring from his own six-yard box with the Shepshed reply.

In the Sports Advocate Division Two East Leake Robins hit five without reply at home to Loughborough United Reserves, Phil Lynch with a hat trick, Danny Yau and Joe Fensome making up the five for the Robins.  Thringstone MW Reserves beat Ravenstone United 3-1, Dale Fessey, Ash Graham and Lee Chiswell for the Miners Reserves, Fabio Brunetti for Ravo.

In the Saturday Trophy County Cup Semi Final Kegworth Imperial booked themselves a final appearance after coming form 2-0 down against Northfield Emeralds to win 3-2, Joe Reynolds with a brace and the winner coming ten minutes from time through Tom Henson.

In the Saturday Intermediate County Cup Semi Final Wymeswold FC went through to the final 6-5 on penalties after drawing 0-0 aet with fellow North Leicestershire side Falcons FC at Nanpantan, Wymeswold top scorer Linford Harris missing a penalty in the 115th minute to clinch the tie.

In the Saturday Trophy Semi Final Shelthorpe Dynamo lost 4-2 against Queniborough FC, Ash Murray and Sean Warrilow with the Shelthorpe goals.

East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division Leaders East Leake switched their game against Thringstone MW to a 3G pitch to beat the weather and came away with all three points as they beat Thringstone MW 2-1 with goals from Matt Jelley and Andrew Harding, Cameron Watt for Thringstone.  Rothley Imperial lost 4-1 at home to Greenhill YC, Karl Harratt hitting a hat trick and Billy Snaith adding the fourth for Greenhill, David Reeves on his debut for Rothley.

Leaders Kegworth Imperial versus Third placed Bottesford FC was the only game played in the shedland.co.uk Division One and it ended all square as they drew 2-2, Luke Robinson hitting both the Kegworth goals, Tom Power and Mike Hallam for Bottesford.

Belton Villa moved up to second place in the shedland.co.uk Division One with a 3-2 win away at Bottesford FC, Timothy Morris (2) and Andrew Cooper for the Villa, George Crowther and Tom Richardson for Bottesford.  Measham Welfare drew 1-1 with FC Coalville, Darryl Towle for Measham, Dan Crozier for Coalville.  FC Polonia won 3-1 away at Greenhill YC Reserves, Jakub Sliwinski, Konrad Przybyla and Artur Polasik on his debut for Polonia, Lewis Mead for Greenhill.

In the Sports Advocate Division Two Sileby Victoria won 5-0 away at Loughborough United Reserves to move level on points with Market Bosworth with a game in hand, Liam Winnett (2), Jay Medcroft (2) and a Jason Squire own goal for Sileby.  A brace from Phil Lynch gave East Leake Robins a 2-0 win against Shepshed Amateurs Reserves after the game was switched from Little Haw Lane to Costock Road, well done to all for getting the game played.  Shepborough United beat Loughborough Emmanuel 2-1, Ashley Heffer and Kieran Newbold for Shepborough, Craig Woolley for Emmanuel.  Ravenstone United drew 2-2 with Clawson Kings, Joel Caird and Josh Burns for Ravo, Martin MacLean and Ant Bowdery for Clawson.

East Leake top the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division after a 1-0 win away at Sutton Bonington Academicals with Jacob Consterdine hitting the only goal of the game.  Sporting Markfield won 3-0 away at Thringstone MW, Ezra Knight, Niall Smith and Scott McGahan with the Markfield goals to move them up to third in the league.

Cossington Saints beat Rothley imperial 4-2, Benn Haywood (2), Tom Wilson and Jacob Adams for the Saints, Joe Butcher-Smith hitting both the Imps goals. Mountsorrel Amateurs beat Sutton Bonington 3-0, Sam Harrison (2) and Josh King with the Ammies goals. Alex Honour hit the only goal of the game as Falcons got their first league win of the season away at Sutton Bonington Academicals.

Measham Welfare claimed a Premier Division scalp beating Rothley Imperial 5-4, Dan Sherratt (3), Luke Hardwick and Lewis Smith for the welfare, Emido Chiavetta (3) and George Vernon for Rothley. The third Premier Division side to go out to lower opposition were Mountsorrel Amateurs who lost 5-3 aet away at Belton Villa, Josh Taylor (2), Kevin Mumby (2) and Michael Lidwell for the Villa, Liam Kinch, Steve Armson and Josh King for the Ammies. In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Quorn Rangers beat Asfordby Village 4-0, Chris Stevens (2), John Cowan and Alex McMullan with the Quorn goals.  Wymeswold FC Reserves won 5-1 away at Greenhill YC ‘A’, Callum Payne (2), Sean Cato (2) and Luke Howitt for Wymeswold, Alan Deacon for Greenhill.  Measham Welfare Reserves beat Mountsorrel FC 4-1, Connor Dughan (2), Dan Sherratt and Tom Lunn for Measham Josh Facey for Mountsorrel.  Bottesford FC reserves won 5-0 at home to Woodhouse Imperial Reserves, Ben Cullen, Oliver Thornhill, Ant Robinson, Adam Daybell and an own goal making up the Bottesford goals.  Castle Donington Reserves drew 1-1 with Birstall Old Boys, Dan Stone for Donno, Andy Galpin form the penalty spot for Birstall.

In the East Goscote Plumbers Premier Division newly promoted Sporting Markfield hit five without reply against Sutton Bonington Academicals, Connor Sanders (2), Ben Cooper, Levi Knight and Josh Woolman with the Markfield goals.  Wymeswold FC won 7-2 away at Thringstone MW, Linford Harris (4), Joe Loseby, Danny Hulett and Sam Allen for Wymeswold, Dave Leigh bagging both the Miners goals.  East Leake beat Cossington Saints 3-1, Jacob Consterdine, Jake Richardson and Matt Jelley for East Leake, Danny Pownall for the Saints.  Greenhill YC won 3-1 at home against Falcons FC, Jamain Nelson (2) and Tyler Dunlop for Greenhill, Liam Henson for the Falcons.  Reformed Rothley Imperial enjoyed a 4-2 win at home to Sutton Bonington, Joe Butcher-Smith, Craig Roberts, George Vernon and Connor Murray for Rothley, Olly Eades and a penalty from Jack Tormey for Sutton.

In the shedland.co.uk Division One Bottesford FC beat Greenhill YC Reserves 4-0, Alex Robinson hitting a hat trick and Tom Richardson adding the fourth for Bottesford.  Measham Welfare won a nine-goal thriller at home to Mountsorrel Amateurs Reserves running out 5-4 winners with goals from Ashley Franklin (2), Nathan Turner, Darryl Towle and Matt Wain, Josh king (2), Sam Squire and Sam Harrison for Mountsorrel.  Kegworth imperial won 3-2 away at Loughborough United, Luke Robinson (2) and Tom Henson for Kegworth, Jake Thompson and Reece Thomas for United.  Shepshed Amateurs opened their campaign with a 3-1 win at home to Shelthorpe Dynamo, Dave Guarasci, John Bowles and Andy Greenhalgh for the Amateurs, Jordan Tinley for Shelthorpe.
