Four teams remain unbeaten after the first month in the Coalville Trophies Premiership with Falcons FC sitting on top by goal difference, this week they were held to a 1-1 draw away at Kegworth Imperial, Reiss Vandra for Kegworth, Mark Hawkins for the Falcons. Thringstone MW moved up to second with a 9-1 win at home against Loughborough United, Dave Leigh (4), Max Carroll (2), Reece Storer, Dan Lawson and Kole Johnson all on target for the Miners, Chris Biddles hitting the Loughborough consolation. Belton Villa drew 2-2 with Asfordby Development, Steve Marshall and Jack Collier for Belton, Linford Harris and Jon Tature for Asfordby. FC Coalville got their first win of the season when Nic Cosnett hit all five goals for Coalville in their 5-1 win over FC Polonia, an own goal was the Polonia reply. Woodhouse Imperial also got their first win of the season with a 5-2 victory away at Measham Welfare, Danny Prime (2), Lennon Stephenson, Stevie Allen and Chris Stevens for Woodhouse, Ashley Franklin and Callum Steadman for Measham. Mountsorrel Amateurs hit five without reply at home to Greenhill YC Reserves, Ollie Freckingham (2), Casey Pavitt, Liam Turner and Chris Yates with the Ammies goals. Shepshed Amateurs drew 3-3 with East Leake Robins, George Thomas (2) and Jake Griffiths for Shepshed, Mason Ball, Craig Tebbs and Jake Richardson for the Robins. Championship leaders Greenhill YC ‘A’ made it four wins in four with a 3-1 win away at Birstall Old Boys, Callum Neeson, Hayden Boam and Ajay Wileman for Greenhill, Matthew Litchfield for Birstall. Sporting Markfield Reserves beat Newbold Verdon Reserves 4-2, Tom Watson, Nathan Baker, Guy Weston and Byron Quilter for Markfield, Luke Belcher and Danny Richards for Newbold. Bottesford FC Reserves won 5-2 away at Mountsorrel FC, Andy Daybell (2), Jamie Kightley (2) and Mark Powell for Bottesford, Harry Thorne and Alec Crowter for Mountsorrel.  Thorpe Acre won 4-3 way at Quorn Rangers, Kevin Howard (2), Dan Turner and an own goal for Thorpe Acre, Ford Taylor (2) and Corey Taylor for Quorn. Shepshed Amateurs Reserves won 5-2 at Sutton Bonington Reserves, Duane Earp (2), Dale Wight, Reece Penman and Tom Cartwright for Shepshed, George Hardwick and Tom Duchart for Sutton. Thringstone MW Reserves won 6-4 away at Loughborough United Reserves, Dan Wright (4), Michael Odiam and Damo Lawrence for Thringstone, Allan Blackey (2) and Jack Ball (2) for Loughborough.
